| PERSONNEL: Petro Solutions installers are fully trained to maintain the highest standards of professionalism in conduct, appearance, and craftsmanship. All supervisors are highly experience in installing and removing fluid handling equipment. |

| SAFETY: Safety First! Petro Solutions takes safety very seriously, as our employees observe some of the toughest safety standards in the industry. Our installers and service personnel have taken the Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training in accordance with 29 CFR1910.120. Petro Solutions is a proud Drug-Free Workplace. |

| PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETINGS: Petro Solutions conducts pre-construction meetings for all installation jobs to maximize our proficiency and communication with clients. We request that all parties be present to go over the scope of work, the planned schedule, equipment, coordination of sub-contractors, etc. to avoid problems. |

| SCHEDULES: Petro Solutions schedules are developed with the client in mind. Each party is updated periodically on the progress of the project and any necessary changes. The result is that our clients can expect the project to be completed within the time frame promised. |

| POST-INSTALLATION INSPECTIONS: Petro Solutions includes a post-installation inspection for most projects. Our valuable quality control procedure is generally performed two weeks after completion of the project to verify that everything is operating properly, to be sure that each client's staff understands how to use the equipment properly, and to correct any problems. |

| INSURANCE: In addition to the generous General Liability Insurance coverage, Petro Solutions stands behind its work to ensure the customer is satisfied every time. |
